Our Yizkor appeal for Shemini Atzeres this year will be for an organization that we have partnered with in the past. We worked with One Family during the infitada when our shul missions visited families and personally gave them emotional and financial support. Unfortunately, since October 7 their work is needed now more than ever. We are asking that you give as generously as you can and in that zechus may we have peace in Eretz Yisroel speedily in our days and merit the coming of Moshiach.

Our mission at One Family is to provide every family the support necessary to victims of?terrorism in Israel and their families to ensure their rehabilitation and reintegration into?society.?We provide the bereaved, wounded, orphaned, with the therapeutic strength and emotional tools to rebuild their lives and restore their physical and emotional well-being one step at a time.

We work with individuals and families of every age to build one family that is healing together, a community of mutual support and responsibility. Our vision is to promote the step-by-step rehabilitation and empowerment of every victim of terrorism and their family members so that they can achieve emotional and economic independence.

We don¡¯t put others¡¯ lives back together. We are their partners in building the necessary support system of people and resources to empower and enable them to heal, recover, renew, and flourish.
