How long have we've been mad at God all because He wouldn't fit in the little box we wanted to put Him in? how often have we long for belonging when He's been right there? How long have we longed for family when through the years He's blessed us with brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews though they were from other families. how long? ?
Is it really necessary that we have to have the same genes in order to be
considered family?
When will we stop straining to see. And go and experience what He's already provided for us? If we would only allow Him in! ?
he's never left. He's just been patiently waiting.

Christ. To God's chosen people who are away from their homes, people scattered
all over the areas of Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia.
1Pe 1:2 God planned long ago to choose you and to make you his holy people, which is the Spirit's work. God wanted you to obey him and to be made clean by the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ. I pray that you will enjoy more and more of God's grace and peace. 1Pe 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God has great mercy, and because of his mercy he gave us a new life. This new life brings us a living hope through Jesus Christ's resurrection from death. 1Pe 1:4 Now we wait to receive the blessings God has for his children. In Peter's first verse he is greeting God's chosen people.

Verse two says that God planned long ago to choose me! to choose you! to
make us his chosen people. why? What was his purpose?

God wanted us to obey him. Who benefits from our obedience?

How does our obedience benefit God?

Have you ever looked back on your life and asked, how am I still here? How
could God love me that much! Its because of his grace and his mercy. When we
turned around and began living in obedience God gave us a new life.? Now
what are we to do with this new life? Do we now say, I made it! Now my work is
done.

In our case we know what God has done to change our life. Now we must go
out and share this treasure with these people who aren't sure, who don't even
know that God is more than just a myth. but there is a catch. they need to see
this change in you. It has to be more than just the words that we say. they must
be able to see it living within us. |

A potter set upon his mantle a simple little
pot.? At first glance there was nothing particularly special about this
pot. It had no adornments nor fancy colors.? It had no handles not even a
spout.? One day it looked around and saw another pot. this pot was
huge.? It was filled with dirt and had pretty flowers growing in it.

Ooh! it said.? Why can't I be like
that???

another pot caught its eye. It was brilliantly
colored and had a handle and a spout.?

I am so simple and plain why can't I be like that
one?

Yet another pot was shiny and filled with sparkling
stones.?

The potter must have made a mistake when he made
me. He couldn't have loved me as much as he did these other pots. I must find a
way to make myself look better.?

Now how are we any different than this simple
little pot? our potter made each of us in the way that he needed. yet we are not
satisfied. we want to be like someone else. we slather on make-up to enhanceour
appearance. Because a magazine has shown us what the world calls beauty. We poke
things into our skin and call it being different. we even carve pictures in our
skin? and call it art.? why do we think we need to improve on what our
potter gave us? Didn't he make each of us unique?? Yet we are not
content.
we can look around and see the beauty in a field of flowers and see the majesty in the mountains he created but we cannot see the unique beauty he placed in ourselves. ?

hope that what follows will calm some of that storm before it makes a direct

Yes, Microsoft has announced that Copilot AI will now be included with M365
Family and Personal Plans by default.? This was supposed to have started on
January 16, 2025, worldwide.
2.
No, there will not be any price change until your next renewal date arrives, at
which point, if you didn't downgrade to M365 Family or Personal Classic (about
which more, later) your cost will increase by $30/year to have M365 with
Copilot.
3.
Yes, it appears that Microsoft has given those of us who don't want the Copilot
AI included to avoid having our existing services or price change when the next
renewal comes.? You will have it for free until that point.
?
This
is the announcement regarding Copilot now being included in M365 Family and
Personal, but also includes instructions on how to downgrade to classic before
one's next renewal date: ?

I
direct the readership's attention to this part of that announcement,
specifically, if one does want to "stick with what you've currently got" which
is what the Classic versions of M365 Family or Personal are:

1. Go to Services & subscriptions. Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with your subscription, if prompted.? [Note: I've found the easiest way to get directly where you need to be is to do the following in MS-Word: ?Hit Alt + F, D, Y 3? (File Backstage View, Accounts, Manage Account button) this opens your Subscriptions page in the web browser for the Microsoft Account under which you hold the subscription for the M365 you're using at that moment. 2. Activate the
Manage Subscription control (first one in that page) which presents a list of
options.? Arrow down to? Cancel subscription and activate.
3. To downgrade
to another plan with fewer features, select Microsoft 365 Personal Classic or
Microsoft 365 Family Classic, or another plan that works for you.
4. Follow the
instructions to complete the switch.
Your existing
subscription might not change immediately, but it will automatically switch to
the new plan at renewal. You will not be charged for the new plan until it
renews.? ----

Note
well that you can perform the downgrade in advance of your renewal date, and
that you will keep your current billing rate with the Classic plan when your
renewal is processed.? So, if you play with Copilot in the M365 Office
Suite programs during the period between January 16, 2025, and your renewal
date, and decide at any point you don't want it when the free trial up through
renewal is over, then follow the above noted instructions to stick with what
you've got.

This
is the ONLY information I have, and since my own renewal date is not until the
month of August, I will not be doing the downgrade to Classic for my next
renewal until I have had enough time playing with the trial to decide if I want
to keep the integrated Copilot features or not.
?
It
would be much appreciated if those who do follow the above noted instructions
report back on how the process worked and whether it was accessible.? My
guess is that when you cancel your existing service you'll immediately be asked
if you want to resubscribe at a different service level, which would be the
newly created Classic level if you want to keep everything as it has been.

( A) 1. Observation is discovering what the author is saying, looking specifically at Who who is speaking,Who is being spoken to, ?

Where? does this take place, is there something significant about
where it is taking place??

Cause & Effect. This is always the most challenging
portion of Bible study, which most people give only cursory attention to (unfortunately). ?
The key to doing Bible study is "Asking God to open our hearts and minds to
understanding"
What does God expect of us?? When we know what is expected then as we read the bible we can see? examples of what happens when we remain in God's will and what happens when we decide to go our own way. Go through all of the commandments and se what is expected of us. ?
There are four basic things to look for:
?

?- Structure - Look for Grammatical and Literary structure. Grammatical helps us see important info like subject, object, and main verbs. Literary structure reveals clues through recognition of things like questions and answers; cause and effect; etc. ?- Literary form - are we looking at poetry, narrative, history, or prophecy. ?- Atmosphere - reveals feeling, mood, tone and environment - what it is like to be in the author's shoes. ?
2. Interpretation is finding out what he means. The foundation of accurate interpretation is correct observation. This is why much time and diligence should have been given to observation. The more time you give to observation, the less time it will take to do interpretation. Many people rush into interpretation without laying the vital foundation of observation and their understanding becomes colored by "what they think ... what they feel ... the way they see it ... and what others have said . . . .?? We must be very careful not to "distort the scriptures to our own destruction" as the "unlearned and unstable" referred to in II Peter 3:16. I. The key is to ask questions: A. As you have observed the passage, you have recorded various questions about the text in the right hand margin of your observation worksheet. B. You might want to go through the text again and ask yourself more questions. C. List all these questions on a sheet of paper. IV. Find the answers to your questions making sure you keep all your interpretation within: A. The main theme of the book B. The occasion of the book C. The passage's place in time and history D. The culture of that period E. The geographic locations referred to F. The atmosphere of the passage VII. Do any necessary word studies and list key definitions. Here's where a Bible Dictionary or Vine's Expository can be extremely helpful. VIII. Check cross-references A. A cross-reference is another Scripture that supports, illumines or amplifies the scripture that you are studying. B. One of the vital elements to consider in Bible study is the comparison of Scripture with Scripture. This is the purpose of doing cross-references. Scripture must agree with Scripture; therefore, any time you seem to find apparent discrepancy in meaning, check your interpretation, for somewhere you have gone amiss. Scripture cannot contradict Scripture. C. When doing cross-references, if you are comparing one word with another word, make sure you have checked the Greek or Hebrew. For example, the KJV takes several different Greek words and translates all of them under the English word "suffer": However, a study of the Greek will show a different meaning or shade of meaning for each one. So, make sure you are comparing "likes". D. The procedure of checking cross-references: 1. Use the reference system in your Bible (with discretion), a topical Bible, or a concordance and look up related Scriptures. 2. Carefully study the context of your cross-references. Remember Scripture cannot be wrenched out of its context and be made to support truth without the danger of coming up with a pretext.Search the Scriptures Chapter Analysis Format 3. When you find a cross-reference which illuminates the scriptures you are studying, you may want to make note of it in the margin of your Bible next to the appropriate Scripture. IV. Read other sound translations be very careful if using a paraphrase. V. Summarize your conclusions, making sure: A. They do not violate the general theme of the book you are studying. B. They are in context. A text out of context is a pretext. C. They are in accordance or agreement with what the author said in other parts of his writing. D. They do not violate other Biblical truths. E. They are not "prejudiced" to one particular doctrine or school of theology, as this often distorts one's interpretation. ?
3. Application is applying that truth to your life. Accurate interpretations and correct application rest on the accuracy of your observations. Therefore, it is vital that you do not neglect to develop skills of observation which may, at first, seem difficult, laborious and time consuming. Application is finding out what the Word is saying to me, and doing something about it. Application is vital. Without it, the Scriptures are useless. We are warned about "being hearers of the Word but not doers" in James 1:22-25. Observation and Interpretation are the "hearing" and Application is the "doing." Once again, correct application must be based on accurate interpretation and accurate interpretation must be based on correct observation. Meditate upon the Word, ask the Spirit to reveal its application to life. Then drive home that application, letting the sword of the Word go deep and discern the thoughts and intents of the heart. God's Word is relevant for today. Show people the relevancy of the Word, the practicality of the Christian life and you will see lives transformed before your eyes. I. The basis of application is found in I I Timothy 3:16-17 A. Scripture is PROFITABLE for: A. Doctrine: teaching, what you believe determines what you are. B. Reproof: conviction; shows you where you are wrong. C. Correction: restoration to a right state; shows you how to correct what is wrong. D. Instruction in righteousness: the word "instruction" in the Greek is "paideia", the whole training and education of a child; shows you how to live, what is right and what is wrong. E. The Scripture has everything you need to meet any and all situations of life. ..... that the man of God might be perfect (Gk. artios complete, fitted) thoroughly furnished (Gk. exartizo, exactly right) unto ALL GOOD WORKS." VI. Therefore, when applying a Scripture, ask "what have l learned?" "Am l reproved? "Is there a means of correction?" "Is there instruction for righteous - living?" VII. You are encouraged to make your application as specific as possible. ?

When you have completed the portions of Observation, Interpretation, and Application, develop a short Title that captures the theme and insights of the passage of Scripture studied. II. List any of the specific themes that you identified. Themes help bring focus to your Interpretation, ensuring you are following the author's intent behind his writings. III. Identify a key verse that speaks to your Observations, Interpretations, and/or Applications. Once you have reauthenticated with My Talking Books, you will automatically gain early access to the expanded open beta because you have been helpful by testing this skill since it was opened in the first half of 2023. What does love look like

Love is like the wind.? We can feel it. We can see what it does. We sing about it. we speak about it and even dream about it. but what is it really?? Is it just the words we say when we are happy?? Is it shown in what we do for another? ?
In a world where things have to be seen to believe what does love look
like?
Can you reach out and touch love? Is there a scientific formula that can reproduce love? Is there a dictionary that truly defines what love is? the bible describes love in 1 corinthians 13:4-7: ?
1 Corinthians 13:4 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous, it does

In the world we live in this discription would seem impossible to do.?
And you know, you would be so right.? because on our own it is
impossible!? The world illogically teaches us that we are the only person
we should put first in our life. With this mindset this discription of love is
quite impossible. Let me assure you that there is a way to take the first step
in living out what this discription of love teaches; Let Jesus help you in
taking that first step.

He can help us put selfishness aside. He can help us know the joy in
helping others.? he can walk with us through the pain we endure. I can go
on and on but the one thing he can help us with the most is the ability to
forgive a wrong done to us.? Then we can reach out and embrace what love
truly is.
