Today, Thursday, a replacement 88 repeater was installed on Bridger ridge.
The old GE Mastr II served us well for around 20 years.
The replacement repeater is a Motorola MTR2000.
Power to the antenna is now around 52 watts. Was around 30 watts before.
The squelch opens at about .1 uV
There is nothing on the MTR2000 that can be adjusted with a screwdriver.
All is done with via software, using an old Laptop running XP.
It should reach out better, and hear better.

The MTR2000 was donated to ERA by Gallatin County, a "hand me down" as they upgraded.
