I intend to be there Saturday morning and early afternoon to help
set up the station and with initial
on air operations.?? Also, expect to operate later afternoon
and/or evening and probably Sunday AM.
Just me for supper.? Pretty much everyone who is left standing at
noon Sunday helps with take down.
Hopefully a few more will come and help.?

We will be at the Gateway Retreat (see attached)
starting at 5:00 PM on Friday 6/21.? We need to be
packed up and moved off-site by 5:00 PM Sunday 6/23.?
GHRC is paying the site fee that includes camping.? All
are welcome!
Please note that pets are not allowed.? Also, the
west boundary is the Gallatin River and it should?be
flowing vigorously.? Be very watchful of any kids near
the water.
Club Radio -- This station will be available from 1200 MDT
Sat to 1200 MDT Sun.??
The radio will be operated as W7ED and all bands will be
available regardless of license class (this may not be true
all night long, but certainly all daylight hours)? ?

the station and I will compile and send these out, and we
can have some discussion.? Your ideas are very welcome.?
Otherwise, you can simply show up and I'm sure you will
get on the air.? We discussed that we would have one
person operating and one person logging.? Certainly those
desiring to work the wee hours will find the radio
available.
Fox Hunt -- Harley is planning to have a fox hunt
on Saturday, weather permitting.? I'm not sure how he
plans to set this up but certainly expect a lot of fun
to be had.? Plan on this and will have specific time
shortly.
BBQ - GHRC will supply meat and participants will
bring a dish to share.? This will happen Saturday
evening, I'm guessing about 6-ish.? If you can let me
know (

how many will be attending, I will compile and that
will help us plan the meat/buns.
