Tx Timeout

Is there a timeout set for Tx? Is key down for too long harmful to linear?

Re: We are back on the air

Just wanted to check if I have any settings incorrect. After putting amp in standby I did an MTUNE (on then back off) to ck SWR, then did a tune (on, then off) from WSJTX to check my output level.? All seemed good? but shortly after that the K3 went into transmit (with 0 watts out) without me doing anything.? I logged off, closed wsjtx, then logged back in with wsjtx closed.? The rig was still going into transmit (still with 0 out).? Again, don't know if something is happening there, or if I need to check out my settings. I know other folks were using it earlier today.? Anyway else have these symptoms?
