Hi All,
Because I didn't get reaction and I anyway searched a solution. I found a patent which is an improved diffusion pump description. It gives me answers to my question and gives ideas how to improve the speed of my diffusion pump. If anybody interested, I uploaded the patent pdf in the files section.
