Aloha Mike, Evidently you must live down wind of the valcano. I have been to the big Island twice and had a wonderfull time both trips. It is a very interesting place in many ways.
All the coating I have done has been with with boats in a small chamber so I can't be of too much help here but I wish you the best of luck and I hope you find a way to do your own coating.
