? Hello PACE Familes, ? I'm Ian Butteriss, parent of Clare ('27) and President of the Patrons of the Arts Coalition of Einstein (PACE). In this edition of the newsletter we welcome all of you that just signed up for this newsletter, announce our first meeting and our first (hopefully annual) PACE Parents Social at BabyCat Brewery! These newsletters announce volunteer opportunities, events, and fundraising campaigns that you can contribute to and send to anyone else interested in the arts.?? CONTENTS First Informational & Board Meeting of the year PACE PARENTS SOCIAL! VAPA Schedule VAC Corner? September Informational & Board Meeting of the year: Our first meeting of the year is tomorrow! WEDNESDAY, September 20 at 7:30pm. The first 30 minutes of our meeting will pass on the information PARENTS NEED TO KNOW, short and sweet with information on upcoming volunteer opportunities and events and ongoing fundraising campaigns. We will then take a short break and log off (this month only). Then, at 8pm, we will restart the meeting and AEHS VAPA staff members will join. We'll get into the weeds and discuss budgets, fundraising campaign planning, teacher requests for funds and other PACE business for another 60 minutes. You are welcome to stay on and listen in as we welcome all, but you are also welcome to drop off knowing you have the most important information!? Have a drink--Baby Cat is donating 10% of sales to PACE--learn a little about what we do to support the arts community and make new friends. VAC Supplies Drive: Here is an Amazon wishlist of art supplies for the VAC. The supplies can be shipped directly to the school care of our amazing VAC teachers for our talented kids. (PACE supports our field trips and supported our breakfast yesterday, for example. This wishlist does not go through PACE -- it's just an opportunity for those who are interested.
