I want to encourage you to join PACE! This is the organization that supports the arts at Einstein. They have been wonderful with us in supporting our amazing VAC teachers in order to obtain what was needed for our students. Last year they supported our welcome breakfast, helped provide us a pizza lunch and helped reduce our field trip to the Hirschorn museum and so much more!
In case you are new to Einstein, there are 3 major organizations that support our students: PACE (the arts/Band/dance), PTSA (whole student body) and Boosters (sports teams). ?If you¡¯re like me- my kid is an athlete and an artist so I try to support all 3! I wanted to clarify this as I had no idea about all these entities working together when my son joined Einstein 6 years ago! Wishing you all the best!

PACE is an AEHS parent run 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation?supporting the?Visual and Performing?Arts Academy (VAPA)?-- that is Choral Music, Dance, Instrumental Music, Theater and Visual Art,?including, related?extracurricular activities, such as Marching Band, Titanes Salsersos and S.T.A.G.E.
To learn more about PACE,?come to the?PACE's table?at the New Student Orientation Picnic on August 24th, 6pm - 8pm, and at?Back To School Night?on September?7th. Look out for an announcement about our first Zoom meeting of the year.

PACE raises much needed funds for VAPA through a variety of means, including: the sale of concessions at all VAPA and S.T.A.G.E. performances, ticket sales at certain VAPA performances, the popular annual Jazz and Swing Dance, raffles, goal specific fundraising drives such as the very successful Musical Instrument Repair Drive, community "dinner out" fundraisers at local restaurants and the annual citrus sale. We also offer opportunities for corporate sponsorship in all VAPA performance programs. ? ?
Last school year,?PACE raised $15,000,?in part from fundraising, in part from direct donations...all thanks?to?the VAPA staff's extraordinary skill and creativity, the PACE Board's diligence and most especially your tremendous generosity.? We are tremendously?grateful?for your support during the hardest of times for all.?
There is no membership fee to join PACE, though your generous donations are always welcome. All parents/guardians of students?involved in any of the arts programs,?academic or after-school, are automatically members.?Your volunteer time and donations are?invaluable?to the talented students and staff?we support.??

Each and every school day,?more than 1,000 Einstein students?participate in arts classes and related extracurricular activities. In the midst of these challenging and uncertain times,?the VAPA programs?continue to grow,?students continue to enroll?in?arts elective classes and PACE will continue to support the teachers in their extraordinary efforts.?PACE is enormously grateful for all of your support which allows the Visual and Performing Arts teachers to further enhance and enrich their students' high school music and art experience.
