I don't believe there is, unfortunately, but there might be with Lyft.
There are also services you can call in to get rides, and you are charged a
monthly subscription, but don't remember the name of that service.

Hi. I'm here. I am in Canada. Is there a way to use Uber without a smart
phone? I don't think there is and I don't have a smart phone. I hate touch
screens. They baffle me. I haven't heard of Lift. I don't think they have
it in Canada.
