OH I AGREE WITH THAT ESPECIALLY WHENEVER IT COMES TO MOST PARATRANSIT SERVICES. IN THE AREA THAT I LIVE IN, I HAVE MORE TROUBLE WITH TALKING TO THE DISPATCH DEPARTMENT THEN I DO THE DRIVERS OR THE SCHEDULERS.
