Hi guys, I am wondering how you all handle situations where your driver doesn¡¯t speak English? I have run into situations like this from time to time and the outcome has been negative more times then positive. Take last week for instance, I was dropped off down the block from my destination, and when I asked the driver a question, I was simply ignored. I didn¡¯t give a good rating. Other times, I have been a little luckier but am not feeling comfortable. For transportation I use Lyft. I had one driver a year or so ago even laugh at me when we had to find the right location and that was several blocks away. I just let him leave me at the location, and reported him to Lyft and then ordered another ride home.
