Got it working now, sorry to bother put the + encoder pin to 5V and the SW to yellow pin 17 Looking nice, now I have to move on to the 49er

Wow...I never noticed it before. That's Farrukh's rig, as he installed the BCI filter you see between the two boards. I'm not aware of any rigs that still use the pot. We need Farrukh to answer this

Jack, I think he's referring to the image of the unmodified 49'er in the 49'er DDS/VFO manual.. That little square white and blue pot. That is the one that is not installed on the DDS/VFO.. Steve NS3L

I am at work now but it is the one that had 3 prongs and we had to pur a jumper in its place. On the instructions its not there but in one pic with the green bci filter it shows up
