Is there a reason for using an IDE that old? I'm using 1.6.9. Jack, W8TEE To: SoftwareControlledHamRadio@... Sent: Sunday, July 10, 2016 11:32 AM Subject: [SoftwareControlledHamRadio] Re:

Re: Arduino and Windows 10
For what it's worth I'm running Win10 with the Arduino IDE V1.0.5. Zero issues. The Voltmeter implementation was done in this environment. Till later Hank K5HDE

Re: help---compiler error
After further research, the controller software and library was written for 022. I installed 022 and it compiles clean. It was also written for the Nano so I will need to figure out what other changes

Not sure why my comment came through so messed up, but I remember writing that line 95 was messed up, but that the count might be off becuase of the included header file. Spent some time in Sedona a

I would need a copy of the controller.ino file and the header file. Whatever the error is, it doesn't line line 95 and its return type. Jack,. W8TEE To: "SoftwareControlledHamRadio@..."

Arduino and Windows 10
Well gentlemen, I just updated my PC to the Windows 10 operating system; now something new to learn too! I am wondering, how the Arduino software for the 49-er (March 2016 QST build), and Windows 10

Marc: Nice!! That's the best I've heard so far. I've been up to my butt in alligators lately so haven't had much time to operate. Still, it's nice to see that a fairly inexpensive rig can lead to some

Re: Question
Hi Jack, You wanted to know the best DX that folks have worked with the 49er. The best DX, so far, using my 49er is Brazil, RST 559. I regularly work into the Western USA, and hear Europe all the time

Hi Jack; Keep the projects coming using the Buck converter, I now have 9 of them left as I ordered a batch of 10 for a great price, hi hi!? Looks to be a very nice little device, if it doesn't fall

Re: Pilot error?
A DVM ACV input rectifies AC for current (ie, voltage) measurement. The frequency response of that AC input rectifier circuit is generally quite slow vs. HF RF. The RF probe, with a germanium diode

If using the probe. A voltmeter in AC mode works @ 7mhz fairly accurate for me. SoftwareControlledHamRadio@...> wrote:

Re: Pilot error?
An RF probe rectifies the RF to approximate an equivalent voltage. The rectified volts are approximately, RMS x peak volts. You should be in DCV mode. Cheers, Jim AB1BR
