Thanks for the suggestions.

Since my original post, I reset the rotary encoder pin positions according to those I saw in W5GW's VFO checkout, and I think this question has been resolved.

I also aligned R8 to the correct voltage divider voltage (3.92v with my power supply) according to K5HDE's post, and hope that the AD9850 is happier.

However, I still do not see more than 2-3 millivolts output AC on my DVM at J3 as you recommended no matter where I put R1. ?I do not have a scope to verify the output frequency. J2 output is the same as J3, in the 2-3 mv range.

Any thoughts on this?

I also need to figure out how to create an LCD.h file which apparently I need to functionalize the latest revision of the VFO.ino - mine won't compile because the LCD.h file is missing.

BCI filter to be constructed when I get to ordering the parts!
