You can decline granting trademark rights under the license.? So, you could require they submit a test copy to you if they want to call it the T41, if that name was trademarked.? That has costs involved though and enforcing it would be expensive.? You could simply require vendors to submit a unit for testing if they want to be on the approved vendors list.? That doesn't even have to be part of the license.

My problem with the last clause is that it appears to limit use of the code to anything but the T41 and without exceptions for hobby use.? I use the display portion of the code in my remote head.? I also use the code in my Beacon Monitor.? I don't think it's your intension that those uses be forbidden, but the "any and all other uses" phrase seems to do just that.
