The difference of 200 HZ may not be a true measure if you use a frequency counter. I have three very good counters and they are all off by at least that much.
A better measure is to use a high quality transceiver that has a TCXO and Spectrum Lab (free!) software with a sound card calibrated against CHU or WWV.
I¡¯ve competed in ARRLs frequency measuring contests with this setup and obtained measurements to sub Hz.
