Markless Astronomics and piece a piece of Gorilla tape that has minimized the problem. ?In addition I try to remember not to release the cable tension when transporting the scope. ?Any other suggestions? ?It only takes about 15 minutes to recoil the cable and repeat my alignment but it is an inconvenience that would be nice to avoid.
