Pick a nice day, if you can...makes it more palatable! I had a nice 15 knot breeze (gusting 18) mostly on the beam for my 30 mile single-handed sail to my haulout site. ?Took 6 hours, 20 min. ?Beautiful sunshine, temps in the mid-60s. Since the breeze was offshore, the waves were well behaved at ~1-1.5 ft. ?Great day, other than the fact that it was the end of the season...
