Thanks.? It may be useful to go over the Frontier Timeline in Zebulon’s Guide to Frontier Space before moving forward.? It’s only a few pages of high-level events, and this campaign starts in 50 FY.

With respect to the pilot role, the dogfighter is the best advanced class to consider, with space monkey being a second-best choice.? As with most D20 Modern campaigns, a character needs to be built with basic classes before they can qualify for certain advanced classes.
