Are you referring to the small pee tube under the tank? ?There probably hasn¡¯t been a line attached to it in decades (if ever), but I don¡¯t smell any fuel or see any fuel stains below it or on the motor etc. ?If there¡¯s an overflow on the Del¡¯s it¡¯s new to me but I¡¯m more familiar w Bings.?
It¡¯s been topped off a few times and no losses are evident.?

Had same symptoms. Although float bowl levels seemed ok, ?I gradually increased the fuel level until the prob went away.?
At first it ran fine at Hwy speeds, but then went into stumble mode.?

At highway passing/overtake speeds I get a hesitation or hiccup type problem, usually above 55 mph, also sometimes feel starved at idle at stops, which seems to get worse the longer the engine is running.? Strangely, it¡¯s feels quite powerful and runs great around town though.?
Transmission & clutch fully rebuilt, plug gaps, timing (with EME electronic ignition), and Delorto¡¯s balanced and needles checked, all new fuel lines also checked, compression is fine too.? ?
