Thanks Jerry that¡¯s very helpful. My bike seems to be missing the 3-4mm thick 14mm ID chrome washers/spacers (part#6) but I¡¯ll get something suitable now that I know where they go.
I became a VBMWMO member earlier this year and am glad to see this helpful post.
