Now we have all the info we need. My feed only received the Europa eclipses Io event and didn't show the occultation event at 1429UT.?
Software like Stellarium can simulate the occultation (the two satellites merge) but don't simulate the eclipses of the satellites. Since the two events were almost exactly 1 hour apart, I made the false assumption that there was only one event, off by 1 hour. I also hadn't tried the mutual eclipse/occ feature of Occult. Now that I have seen it, it has indeed solve the mystery.
So, there isn't any problems with Occult, it was user error!
