Cannot access "stations" on OW desktop

OW displays "Show online map" but without the words "with stations" which?signifies access to the internet.? I do have access but OW is?not working properly.? I also cannot "report observation" for an event from last night, right-clicking on the event and selecting "Report Observation" does nothing.
