The picture shows a VTI that is set to PAL mode. ?(The label on the circuit board is reversed.) ?Off is PAL, ON is NTSC.?

Flip that switch to ON, reboot the VTI, and everything should work with your NTSC camera.?

Looking into the VTI-v3 seems also settled for NTSC, please check the attached image.

As an alternative the IOTA capture 2.2 software has been installed and seems to run fine.

Any idea for fix this issue?
