Hi Tom,
If you have reported positive or negative the button should be enabled.
Wondering if it was a refresh problem after you reported positive/negaite i.e. if it was needed to select the event again and try again.
I don't see any other reason why this should not be working.

My thought process was to first report that an observation was made but since a positive or negative result may not be found until after processing,?I initially chose "Observed - report to follow".? Now that I can see a positive event, choosing "Report a positive" does not allow prefilling the spread sheet.

Selecting the event shows "There is currently 1 announced station for this event. 1 of them is yours."? I'm assuming that means it was announced to others.
