Did you use Android or iOS version of OW Mobile to report the observations?
It looks like OW is not handling well the case where the initial report was done from OW Mobile.

Hi, I entered the duration of this event using the mobile application. It was not possible enter the decimal point (using comma nor point). When you are entering the duration, the app erase the decimal point after write it. I tried to correct the mistake using the Desktop application OW (ver. 5.0.0.5) but the controls are disabled.
