To complement the E-W event I just posted on, here's a N-S that is mag 11.6, high
in the S, max duration about 0.5 second. Path is Washington DC to just east of Rochester.? I plan on doing 2 stations. Anyone else able to help? Other than maybe Kevin H, I don't think this gets close to anyone...
