Steve,

I went to the ASCOM site and download Peter¡¯s 32-bit driver for ServoCAT and installed it on the NUC.
?
Stellarium also runs on the NUC and uses Peter¡¯s ASCOM driver to control the telescope.?

The workflow for a night of remote observation is:
?
Boot the NUC that is attached to the telescope and confirm it connects to my home network.
Boot my indoors laptop
Launch Remote Desktop on the laptop
Connect to the NUC via Microsoft Remote Desktop (the laptop becomes the keyboard and display for the NUC)
Launch MallincamSKY (on the NUC)
Rough Focus the camera
Do a 2-star alignment as seen by the Mallincam camera with a manual push to the 2 stars
Unclutch the ServoCAT motors
Set Argo Navis to ¡°From Planetarium¡±
Launch ¡°Play¡± from Primalucelab on the NUC to control my electronic focuser
Install the Bahtinov mask and get perfect focus (no filters installed)
Remove the Bahtinov mask
Take the laptop to my recliner
Project the laptop to the big screen TV wirelessly with the Intel WIDI system
Launch Stellarium (which then launches the Virtual handpad)
Fine tune the current location of the telescope as shown by Stellarium (it seems to always be off by a little bit).
Select my target on stellarium and hit shift+F2 to slew the telescope remotely.
Pop over to MallincamSky, center the target with the virtual handpad and start my live HDR stacking process.
Save the file on the NUC and my laptop
Goto step 13
?
Hope this helps.

Hi Richard. So: The AN/SC is attached to an ASCOM driver independent of the of the Eagle4S and NUC also running through the ASCOM driver? That's how you switch between the two star alignment needed to run the AN/SC and the Eagle and NUC to use the Mallincam software , the camera and MS remote control (after the two star alignment)? Whose ASCOM driver do you use? Bear with me, the 'lightbulb over my head' is flickering. Steve
