FWIW, the trick is finding an institution that takes overseas material. CSRM only accepts material from North America. I believe Mexico is the cutoff.

I answered Phil off-line. The institution I am thinking of got backlogged due to COVID and staff turnover. BH On Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 02:40:55 PM PDT, Mike Tisdale via groups.io <tisdalem2001@...> wrote:
As Bill says, I hope someone would want the Cook's timetables.? ?The CSRM has a pretty good collection of Official Guides.? I find my Guides to be fascinating insights on the history of US railroads.? ? Cook's crammed a lot into their timetables and they were wonderful for figuring out where to go and how to get there when I was in Europe.? I know that today, we have on line resources, but the ability to look at a map and then go to the timetable listed to find when a train would go works better for me.?? Then again, if you asked me to name all the states or countries of Europe in alphabetical order, I'd probably miss some, but I could fill in a map of either pretty well.
