I also think it's a good spot.? I'm guessing a WT will reach back to the Main Gate, and down to Mullins.? Maybe also to Carnoustie and up to Burning Tree Ct.? Out to the end of Cypress Pt. might be a problem...
Also, plenty of nearby helicopter landing space, and CalFire mite even be OK with coming thru the gate and down Fairway and up Greenbrier to drop/pick up stuff.?
Does Ocean Colony Partners need to bless our use of Golf Course property?
I also suspect that the owner of the adjacent 401 Greenbrier house (behind the "X") would be supportive of our efforts.
