NortheastConsortium is not purged annually. It is the responsibility of each member to remove themselves when they no longer wish to receive the messages. Instructions for unsubscribing are found at the bottom of every group message, as well as below.

- As a member of an Groups.Io list, you have options for how you receive your messages. (Please note that if you are on multiple E-Lists, you must specify options for each one individually.) You can receive:

1.????? Individual Messages will send each email individually, as soon as it's posted.
2.????? Full Featured Digest will group the days messages into batches of 12 and send each batch when the twelfth is posted. Any that remain at the end of the day will be sent as the final (or only) digest of the day. The digests include the full text of each message, omitting any quotes of prior messages. Full Featured Digests include at the top a list of the enclosed topics, clickable as links to take you to that topic.
3.????? Plain Digest works the same way, but is sent as a text/plain email message, with no clickable links.
4.????? Daily Summary sends a once-daily list of topics posted that day. Unlike the digests the summary does not include the text of any of the messages, only the list of topics.
5.????? Special Notices Only sends only those messages which a moderator has designated as a Special Notice.
6.????? No Email (not available in all groups) sends no posted messages to you by email. You may still receive individual notifications from the group and/or from Groups.io.

- If you have a Groups.Io account, then you have access to the web features of the group, including the documents in the files section. You are also able to change your own account settings. Getting a Groups.Io account is free but is not required to subscribe to this list.

- Any subscriber is also able change their email delivery settings via email, send a blank email to the following email addresses:

o?? To receive an email containing a list of these commands
o?? To receive plain digests instead of individual messages
o?? To receive full featured digests instead of individual messages
o?? To receive a daily summary instead of individual messages
