Re: FD FD FD

Might I suggest the K2/100?

Didn't the FT-102 have a chirp problem on CW?

Jim,

Looks like I won't have the FT-102 back by FD so its only the TS570 on
the 10/15/80 cw station.

Hi Everyone,

This is how we are planning to have the fixed IP addresses for the
logging
PC's only. Does anyone have any problems with fixing the IP
addresses like
this? I need to identify the laptops for Shane's 6/UHF/VHF station,
the
GOTA Station, the HF Digital Station (Roger?), and Robin's Satellite
Station. Shane and Robin, I'm mainly concerned about the fixed IP's
with
your station's laptops. Please comment. Tom I have your Laptop on
the 15
SSB, Dave yours is on the 10/80 SSB station you are each captaining.
I have
an additional laptop if we need it, but let's see where we are.

The N4N0 through N4N11 are the computer names along with

This
will help when we are setting up which LT goes where. I have these
.jpg
images on a USB keychain for easy setup on Friday.

We will need several switches for the cat5 connections. If we had
three 8
port switches this would cover us.

Thanks,

Jim MBP

Jimbo, I have a laptop.

Question, do the 12-volt radios need a 12-volt supply or is there a
master
plan?

Hey everyone.

Field Day is only a wek and a half away! I guess we so darn
organized
that there's nothing to talk about...I'd like some input on WHO
wants
to OPERATE WHERE? Please take a minute to download the Field
Day.xls
file in the files section and PUT YOUR CALL SOMEWHERE in op1, op2
or
op3 on one or more of the stations. Just click on the file if you
have XLS installed on your machine, otherwise just send to the
group
your plans. Also it would be helpful to know who's Laptop
computers
we will be using. I have five from Eric, that means we need 6 more
for 11 stations. Robin are you self contained with laptop for the
satellite station? Dave R are you self contained with the UHF/VHF
station?

Thanks,

Jim MBP
