9:30am.
My suggestion is, if you get short on time, focus on getting the
grass cut.
Tom has been the only one to step up who has the equipment needed to
cut the
grass, so that's the highest priority--we have no backup plan. I'll
be in
town next weekend (June 18) and, if needed, maybe a second work party
can
finish up trimming the tree branches, measuring and marking spots for
tents/towers/trailers, etc.
