Johannes thanks for your information. I haven't gotten any feedback from the other team members regarding the flights yet. Should I book the flights now or wait? Everyone can also book their own flight, which makes it easier for me.

Thank you for your offer to book the flights for me, that is very kind of you. Although I do believe in sharing within the Team and doing many things together, I also believe that each Team member should have their individual freedom on certain items.
?
Therefore I opt to book my own flights and make sure to be at the destination at the same time as the rest of the Team. Obviously there will be clear communication about who is bringing what to 5R8, and I can bring luggage of the Team with me without a question.
?
Trust to have informed you sufficiently and looking forward to meeting you all soon.
