A last try. Can you ask EA that we can get the flight via the app for 1050€ each. The same price like the internet travel agents.
If we must cancel one flight again than we get our refound direct from EA.

Not sure if they can¡¯t see it, but they most likely don¡¯t want to share that with us. I also had hoped that we could know what amount flugladen.de got back so we can discuss that with them, but unfortunately that is not possible. My feeling is they got a lot more than just the €372. ?
