I have asked several times if they could let me know what refund they paid to flugladen.de but the answer was that they can¡¯t see that. Not sure if they can¡¯t see it, but they most likely don¡¯t want to share that with us. I also had hoped that we could know what amount flugladen.de got back so we can discuss that with them, but unfortunately that is not possible.
My feeling is they got a lot more than just the €372.
