From what the maps look like, I think Cliff and Stein would be most impacted? by the weather.

We got a puff of wind a couple of Sunday's ago and it broke the power pole on the farm off. Alliant Energy decided to bury power to our farm rather than replace the overhead pole ... You can see pictures of this here:
