There seems to be a consensus that the publication has been in decline since Whil gave up being editor, and some speculated it was slated for termination.? Now it appears that the publishers, evidently with backing from MS, have decided to keep it around and are even giving it somewhat of a makeover.? See Ken Levy’s comments at
