Are you talking about the input tab in ports and pins?i have been through that and have the ports the same .How would i check which pin they are on?

It sounds like your ports and pins got changed somehow, if you can move the Z axis check that port and see if the X and Y are on the same port, then you'll have to check your controller to see what
