Fusion 360 and Lathe

Thanks Steve, I got the post.

Looks OK so far, in simulation. I'll test it tomorrow.

I see you have set the option to use radii instead of I,J. Can I,J be used?

Regards
Roland

Roland,
I run mine in Diameter Mode.
Also, check your Ports & Pins config and under "Turn Options", make sure that "Reversed arcs in Front Post" is not checked.

I also use the Post processor "Mach 3 Turn G32Type B.cps"

I will send you a copy directly. It may also be in the files section.

Steve

Hi All

I've just setup Fusion 360, and generated code for a tapered cone. For
turning. The shape is a bit beyond the turn Wizards.

I've tried the Fanuc as well as the 'Haas turning'? post processors, but
when I bring the code into Mach, I see the curves are messed up. I think
it's to do with I, J, but don't know how to fix it..

Does anyone know of a suitable post processor in Fusion 360 for Mach3
Turn?? Or a 'how to' to get usable code?

Regards
Roland
