If it's the same as Mach3, Cycle Start

I finally got mach 4 somewhat configured and cutting air on my little
Shapeoko 2.
I then hit Feed Hold.. Worked ok but then I couldn't figure out how to
release feed hold. The box wouldn't toggle and run from here didn't seem to
unlock it..?
