Re: Mac Pro
Somewhat reminiscent of the old cheesegrater G5 ¡ª and on wheels I think. My friend has the old cylindrical one and iMac Pro like mine (exxcept hers is optioned to $24000 worth). Jude

Re: Mac Pro
Wow! Is this the new one that is not cylindrical? I read in MacFormat that they are changing its shape. Regards Susan

Friend has ordered new Mac Pro from Apple ?($60,000 worth??) She has iMac Pro like mine only fully optioned up to the gunnels. So I may get to see one at least -- I'll try not to drool :-) Jude

Re: From Camera to Mac
Something wrong with the card then ? If you¡¯ve tried it in two Macs and card reader that would point to the card surely? Is it operating ok in the camera or can you view the pictures while it¡¯s in

Re: From Camera to Mac
Thanks for the responses! I have a card reader too, which doesn¡¯t work either; I¡¯ve tried Harvey¡¯s reader but that was the same. It is so odd that both computers are failing me in the same way.

Re: From Camera to Mac
This is like the one I bought and it works a treat. Maybe your internal one has given up the ghost for some reason. https://www.ebay.com.au/p/1907623961 <https://www.ebay.com.au/p/1907623961> My

I have heard from WD today and they have sent instructions willing to replace after receiving snapshots and purchase details. So I am going to wipe it and parcel it up and return. New Seagate working

Re: WD drive problem -- think I may have found the answer
I've gone for some Lacie drives which seem to work OK. I'm reluctant to recommend anything-I think it's worth reading round. They say Microfilm is the most resiliant form of storage possible. Not sure
