We¡¯ve had a new valve in our gas boiler in the house; we have a monthly contract with British Gas for servicing and their fellas failed to fix the valve on several previous occasions, so when at last it did get fixed thanks to some?info?retained by Harvey, and they tried to bill us the excess, we said No! And they eventually agreed.Best?
