PS to my reply earlier --- try opening what you're after in MS Edge -- Safari is dragging its tail end something dreadful these days. I find I can't open Google Earth new web version, nor will it co operate with the interactive DNA map on Ancestry.
Or if you don't like Edge try Firefox. ?Could be you'll get a different result with your purchase just changing the browser.?
