Yes, it feels as if it is getting better, John.
At long last Johnson and his crowd seem to be setting a strategy which does not follow the whinges of his backbenchers, some of whom seem to be strange types indeed. ?His speech about the way forward a couple of days ago sounded halfway sensible to me.

Well, I hope things will get better. Perhaps a forlorn hope to have tea & crumpets with Chris Barker & Family, but we have to have an ideal goal in mind, don't we?
Jeeez, it's been tough

No, ?Johnson is most definitely not a leader by any stretch of the imagination, which is why he writes his newspaper articles instead - nobody there to answer back! He is irritating as all get out at PMQs, looking round constantly for admiration and approval and using the same tired old clich¨¦s, without actually providing answers for anything. He can¡¯t possibly be a Mac user, can he? (Hastily redirecting towards relevance!)?

I agree with the description, but I rather think that that headline was a whinge about the Cabinet prevaricating over the next course of action to deal with the pandemic in the UK. ?Part of the problem with their courses of action has been the tendency to leak what they¡¯re thinking of doing to see the reaction (presumably); whereas Johnson and Hancock should have planned and decided ¨C led from the front. ?But Johnson isn¡¯t a leader, so that was very unlikely.

Sorry to reiterate, but I think this serves us well
