I need to create an e-mail address for a group of individuals to be able to contact me. I don’t want to use my personal address. I am using Outlook Classic, Windows 11, Jaws 25 latest and M365. I’ve heard that adding a gmail account to Outlook Classic can be tricky. Can members suggest a access friendly service to set up this account? Contacting me offline at ncbootman@... is fine also. I have jaws 2025 latest and office 365 latest with outlook. When I attempt saving attachments, I get a context menu with one item wanting me to map drive. How do I avoid or fix this.

I have successfully used this app to bring all of my Gmail contacts over to Fastmail. I want to do the same for a customer who has numerous Gmail contacts. Mitigating Issues: A tech already brought them over for her, but none of her contact lists came with them. I have no idea how he did it, but she desperately needs her contact lists so she can reach the groups with whom she must communicate. If I use GCSM, will it bring over her groups, and ignore the existing contacts as they would be duplicates? Thanks for your wisdom on this. Don

Hello Brian, last night I had to reboot my computer, when I opened outlook 365, it wanted me to setup the new outlook. This happened once or twice before, but it always gave me a way out of it. This time, it wouldn’t let me tell it not now, so I kept restarting outlook, till it gave me the choice to do it the next time I started outlook365. How can I make it leave me on classic? Hi, I Am not able to access the folder bar in Microsoft Outlook 365, I used to be able to press f6 to get to it where I could erase folders or move them around but this no loner works. I Have spent some time on Google and tried variousthings but nothing seems to resolve the issue so I have no way to erase and manage folders. Anyone have any ideas please?

My account is set up but messages seem to stick in the outbox. I Think it is prompting for a password which has not changed, think I heard JAWS say that at some stage. I Have checked in the account but can’t see where you enter the password or try to connect again, anyone have any ideas?

Hi all, I am currently using a Windows 10 machine with the latest version of Jaws 25 and office 19. Here is the problem. When I type the address of who I will be sending or forwarding a message to, I start typing and Jaws of course tells me a suggestion and that there are For example, 5 others in the list. When I arrow down to see the list I get the end of list sound and nothing is read, even though I know they are there. Once in a great while the list can be read. Hi,,, I have been having this issue lately where files get moved to my recycling bin when I haven’t asked to delete them. I have gone through them and restored them all and then next time I look at my recycling bin there are heaps there. We are talking hundreds not just the odd one I could have accidentally deleted. I got a warning the other day that a large amount of messages had been deleted from my OneDrive asking if I meant to delete them. I followed the link and went to the website and looked at what had been deleted and restored them all. I am running office 645, with a family license so I checked with my other family members that they don’t have access to my drive and they aren’t deleting them. They don’t appear to have access but also they are all in bed now off their devices and files are still being sent to my recycle bin. I thought they might have been deleted because I hadn’t accessed them lately so I went into some of the folders I know are being deleted to see if that fixes it but they are still being deleted. It doesn’t delete all my files in my documents folder, the folders I access most days haven’t been touched. I used to be able to share particular windows when choosing the Screen and Camera option on Clipchamp. But now something has changed, so I can no longer do this independently without sighted assistance. If there’s anything I can do to solve this, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have a customer who has two computers, one a clone of the other, both using his account for Office 365. He wants to give one of them to his little nephew, and delete the M365 account on that computer including the OneDrive files. He is concerned that if he deletes the account and the OneDrive files, he will lose those files on the computer he wants to keep. So, how does he delete the account on the computer he is giving away, while keeping the account and all files on his other machine. Kindly advise if anyone knows the answer to this question. Hi all, Is there any way to always be signed into OneDrive? The icon on my taskbar says that I'm not signed in even though I'm signed into my M365 account. I'm sorry if there's a setting for this but when I go into OneDrive settings and try and activate the various buttons nothing happens. I'm using the latest versions of M365 personal and Windows 11 pro 24h2. Madison

Hi all, Sometimes when I am trying to forward a message, I start to type in the recipients name and it says the wrong name but that might be one of three. When I arrow down to see the other suggestions, I get the error sound and can not see the list of names. Sometimes this happens when I am in the body of the message that I am trying to remove the headers from so that the message isn’t so cluttered. Does anyone know why this is happening? I wondered if the message might not be Maximized. I do alt plus space but maximize is not available. I am running Windows 10 and have office 19 on this machine. Thanks much. Hi, Using JAWS 2025 and m365. I’m trying to figure out how to have JAWS tell me which cells are currently merged when I encounter them. Hitting Insert c just announces the top left cell reference. Hi, I am getting a new W11 pc and what to clear off Office 365 subscription so I can install it on my new pc. I have I think 5 subscriptions so I want to save it to install on the new on without losing any. Anyone have any steps to do this? Mr. Ed

Well, I received another update a day or so ago, and my Read Aloud voice situation is now fixed, including the dialog that asked me to log in to an already signed in account. That is fixed, too. ~It's nice to have my smooth natural sounding female voice back again. Ann

1. Hit Alt + N, U, M [Insert Ribbon, Symbols, More Symbols] to open the Symbol dialog. 2. Navigate to the Special Characters tab. 3. In that tab, both the Paragraph and Section characters already exist in the list, but they do not have keyboard shortcuts assigned to them. There are quite a few special characters and symbols that exist in the list that do not have either a keyboard shortcut or autocorrect sequence assigned by default. Note: At this point you have two different options, assigning a shortcut key, assigning an autocorrect sequence, or you can end up doing both. I'll start with shortcut key: 4. Navigate to each in turn and activate the Shortcut key button that will open the dialog where you can assign a shortcut key just like you would for a desktop shortcut. You land in the box where you have to choose the Ctrl + Alt + {whatever} sequence that you want to use for that symbol. 5. Navigate to the Assign button and activate. The shortcut you chose will now insert the symbol to which you assigned it. If you wish to use an autocorrect sequence instead then follow these steps: 4. Navigate to each symbol in turn and activate the Autocorrect button. This opens the dialog for the symbol that has focus and allows you to type in a sequence that, when you type it, will cause autocorrect to insert that symbol [e.g. (c) is already assigned for the copyright symbol by default], and you could use something like (x) for the section symbol. After having typed the character sequence that should serve as the autocorrect trigger to insert the symbol . . . 5. Navigate to the Add button and activate to add the sequence and symbol to the autocorrect table. 6. Navigate to the OK button to close the Autocorrect dialog.
