Since this announcement is kind of new, you'd probably have to wait for several months up to a year for the downgrade and copilot features.

That was our experience too. I wonder if it's something about living in Canada and that is where we've subscribed to MS365. My husband is sighted and sees no such downgrade options for "classic" versions on the screen.?
