Since Google has made it so hard for Microsoft products to work with Google products, I have used and found GSuite for Outlook program, allows you to use Outlook as you come to expect.

I¡¯ve used various versions of office for many years, and I never ran into this problem until recently.
I¡¯m using the latest version of JAWS, Office 365, and Windows 10, and Gmail.
I often find no new messages in Outlook, even though I know there are new ones because I go on the Gmail website and check.
If I go to the send and receive options and hit Enter on Update Folders, but messages come through.
I¡¯d love to know how to fix this problem.
