Even though the recippients in question in my message below were recent ones, it didn't help but the next day, what do I know, everything returns to normal, spellchecker thingy sorted and addresses too, last time it took three days also, no idea why it does this and I didn't want to take for granted that it'll just fix itself as it did again, so next time I'll remember to be more paeient and wait for three days to see what happens but would still be interested why Windows ten throws itself out like that for awhile after updates.

If you want to use names from your address book when composing a new email message, you must first place focus in the"To" field and then open the address book using the keyboard command ALT plus period. - Brad - On Sep 8, 2020, at 09:38, Christina Brino <princessregal@...> wrote: ?Hi: I am having the same problem. I notice that since the update to Windows 10 to the latest version a few days ago, autocompletion of address when sending emails in Outlook 2016 seems to have changed as it doesn't always say anything when I type in a name and address or only says after the first two letters whereas before frequently used addresses said this, especially if people have more than one address, not sure what I need to do.
